In addition to the Lacroma, conference participants can choose accommodation in four other hotels, all just a few minutes’ walk away, ensuring practical and flexible options for hosting larger events. From 5 December 2025, conference registration and hotel accommodation booking for participants will be available via the online form on this website.

HOTEL SUNNY DUBROVNIK BY VALAMAR 3*:

Akademis “Academia” is the first Croatian Akademis. Bank Transfer

1. Submit your CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM and HOTEL RESERVATION FORM.
2. After we receive your forms, we will send a proforma invoice to the e-mail address you provided.
3. Complete the payment according to the details in the invoice.
Note: bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.

Credit Card
1. At the final step of the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM and HOTEL RESERVATION FORM, you will be redirected to T-COM PAYWAY for secure online credit card payment.
2. Follow the instructions in the system to complete the payment.

Conference Registration

• Until 22 July 2026: No registration fee and handling fee will be charged.
• From 23 July to 22 August 2026: No registration fee will be charged, except for a €50 handling fee.
• From 23 August to 22 September 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
• From 23 September 2026 onwards: 100% of the registration fee will be charged.

Accommodation

• Until 22 September 2026: No charges will apply for reserved room nights.
• From 23 September to 7 October 2026: 50% of reserved room nights will be charged.
• From 8 October 2026 onwards: 100% of reserved room nights will be charged.
